I think if you are going to Orlando you better stay on or near International Drive. If you are going for any other reason that the theme parks, I would probably say different, however International Drive is where all the theme parks are. I have picked out my five favorite hotels in Orlando, Florida and I am going to share them with you.

Number one: Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive. The location of this property is excellent. It is close to all of the theme parks and it has a shuttle to Universal and Islands of Adventure. They also offer a fantastic breakfast that you can fill up on to save money in the parks. The hotel has a exceptionally friendly staff and is remarkably clean. This is the number favorite of all Orlando hotels.

Number two: Hampton Inn Orlando - Convention Center. This hotel has very nice rooms and very comfortable beds. They also offer a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The staff is very friendly at this property, and the hotel is very clean and maintained. The hotel is located about 2 minutes walking distance from International Drive. This is my number two choice when it comes to Orlando Hotels.

Number three: Horizons by Marriott Vacation Club at Orlando. I think this is the best hotel to go to with family. They have an excellent staff that helps entertain the kids. They also have miniature golf, a few pools and hot tubs, also table games like pool and tennis. They also offer a bar by the pool. This hotel is number three in my ranking of Orlando Hotels.

Number four: Hilton Grand Vacations Club on International Drive. This is another hotel great for family. They also put together entertainment for the kids. It is a family centered hotel, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The location is superb, right next to Sea World and close to Walt Disney World. The shuttle and trolley are near by to take you to parks. Rumor has it that the recreation room has excellent homemade ice cream. Number four rank of Orlando Hotels.

Number five: Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal. The most fantastic part of this hotel is the comfortable beds. Right behind that is their friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have great furniture. They also have LCD televisions. The only problem is this hotel is not within walking distance of much, and they are not as kid friendly as the other Orlando Hotels. This is our number five pick.
