Coolangatta as an attraction dates back to the 1880′s when in was first discovered by travellers heading up the Queensland Gold Coast. Along with the neighbouring New South Wales town of Tweed Heads Coolangatta was established and settled around 1883. But prior to land based travellers discovered Coolangatta Captain James Cook is documented as the first non indigenous person to see the golden beaches when he passed by this section of the coast in 1770. Captain Cook proclaimed the area around Coolangatta and named them as Point Danger and Mount Warning. The Tweed River which runs between Queensland and New South Wales was developed into a port area around 1830, Its main export at the time was cedar wood.

The Melbourne Convention Centre, located in Melbourne, Australia, is the biggest center of its kind in the Southern hemisphere. It overlooks the Yarra river and is a part of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Also called the MCEC for short, it is close to all types of transportation and can host anything from a simple conference to a full gala of extraordinary proportions.

The Melbourne Convention Centre has 32 meeting rooms and a large banquet room. AV and communications technology is built into rooms for the latest in updated conferencing, and some rooms have satellite control for smart lectern capability. It allows organizers and speakers to manage conferences themselves.

Fraser island is famous mainly because of the fact that it is the biggest island of sand in the world and an official world heritage site.
